We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, always attentive and went out of their way to be accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect, right by the water and within walking distance of the main port and area. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a variety of options. the staff, cleanliness, location, and breakfast were the best aspects of our stay.

The view from the hotel was amazing, the water so clear and refreshing, and the location was convenient, close to everything. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time during our stay. the food was delicious, and we really enjoyed the variety of dishes offered. I am so grateful for the lovely fireworks display they put on for us on new years eve.
Our room was not the cleanest, and the bedding was not changed regularly. We had to ask for new towels as well.

The hotel's location is excellent - it is situated by the water and within walking distance of the town. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially the head manager of the food area and the bartender. the rooms had a nice view and the breakfast was decent.
There was a lack of variety in terms of facilities.

Great staff, food, and atmosphere. Attentive and accommodating staff. Beautiful location near the water. Walking distance to main port. Friendly and helpful people. Excellent service from Antonio, Antonella, Antonio, front desk staff, shuttle driver. Mingling group adds to the experience.

The staff here is amazing. They are so friendly and attentive, and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The food is fantastic, and there are plenty of options to choose from. The location is great too - it's right by the water, and you can walk to all the main attractions in the area. Plus, there are lifeguards on duty so you can swim safely.
Honestly, I didn't have any negative experiences during my stay. Everything was great and my new year experience was unforgettable.
